Megacon Live London 2026 Event Review

This is my second time going to MegaCon, but this time with a Press Pass (hooray!)! As soon as I stepped into the venue, it was alive with creative, colourful cosplayers and fans from anime, gaming, and K-pop communities all in one space, celebrating what they love.

MegaCon Live London is basically a paradise for fans of anime, games, manga, and all things pop culture. From rare collectibles to one-of-a-kind fan art, there’s something for every kind of creative hobbyist. Some of the cosplayers—honestly, the effort, creativity, and attention to detail the outfits and make-up is next-level impressive. Whether you’re just browsing, mingling, or hunting for merch, it’s easy to feel completely at home.

For otome, shoujo, and josei fans, the con has little gems tucked everywhere—like fanmeets, stunning art and collectible items in Artist Alley, and official merch available at certain stalls. It was one of my favourite vendors last time attending Con so I stocked up on official Love and Deepspace items, which felt like a very justified haul.

Vendors

Sweet Sweet Manga

Sweet Sweet Manga announced that this would be their last time attending conventions, so of course I stocked up on a lot of Love and Deepspace merchandise. I even had a lovely chat with the vendor’s sister, who’s a Voltage Inc fan—it was so nice to meet a fellow otome gamer who loves the classic mobile otome games! 🙂

The bag I received to carry all my goodies was adorable, and the vendors were incredibly friendly. On the second day of the event, there were sales and freebies for every £10 spent, which made the stall even more irresistible. Alongside Love and Deepspace items, the stall featured Danmei merchandise, as well as goodies from Link Click, Tears of Themis, and more.

I’m really going to miss this stall—it was the meet-up point for my Love & Deepspace friends, and we kept returning to it because the merch was just too tempting haha. Thank you so much for bringing joy (and reasonably priced otome merch) to cons 💖. You’ve really helped bring the community together, and I appreciate all the time and effort you put into delivering official merch.

Midnight Kawaii

The vendor at the Midnight Kawaii stall was absolutely lovely. The branding is also cute and colourful which I love. A wide range of items were available from popular anime, from Cardcaptor Sakura plushies to Demon Slayer plushies, alongside cute cat plushies and Genshin Impact badges. There were also multiple mini figurines from official Gashapon products, perfect for collectors.

On top of that, the stall was selling anime-themed lucky bags from Jujutsu Kaisen to My Hero Academia for £40, which were such a fun grab for anyone looking for a surprise haul.

They have a website where you can check out their stock and they have recently restocked on Genshin Impact merch. Here is their Instagram to follow the latest updates!

Nijagen

Came across these Love and Deepspace chibi acrylic stands that are super cute. Nijagen vendor also had fan art of Sylus as shown in the image.

The stall looked so colourful and had a range of merch from, Final Fantasy 7, Alien Stage and Golden Kamuy etc.

Branchii

Noticed cute Love and Deepspace stickers and Pokemon merch at Branchii stall. There were a variety of cute pokemon acrylic pins that all looked so adorable.

I like how the stickers come in a sheet with multiple options and also includes their little mascot characters.

A5 postcard illustrations were also available of portrait style character themed.

Pochimka

As you might have noticed, I was completely captivated by all the Love and Deepspace merchandise! Hehe ^^

Pochimka’s stall showcased a stunning array of artwork featuring the Love and Deepspace characters, along with the Saja boys as well.

The cute mascot accessories were so cute. The art style is distinct with soft brush stroke effects and lighting and shading in the A5 postcard art work is just gorgeous. Love the shiny effect on the bookmarks too.

Crafteaart

Craftraart is a stall I always look forward to visiting at conventions. The enchanting, whimsical art style is truly splendid, and I adore the colour palettes.

Genshin Impact themed bookmarks, featuring foil accents that highlight the hair which were so cute. There was also stickers, pins and artwork available for Kpop Demon Hunter, My Neighbour us Totoro and Love & Deepspace.

Fan Meets

It was a fun experience, and got to see many people. I also attended a few fan meets which was nice. Love and Deepspace fan meet was great. I got to meet some of my mutuals in person for the first time and also met the host who has done an amazing job setting up this meet-up to connect the community, thank you @loveanddeepspacemeets_uk 🙂

Also went to the Otome Shoujo meets, the host was so lovely and was great to see some otome and shoujo cosplayers 🙂 Thank you for hosting! Instagram: @otomeshoujomeets

The Muslim Cosplay fan meet was nice, met some very creative Hijabi Cosplayers who made their own cosplay and props. For example, one person was cosplaying a character from Freiren and created the staff prop from scratch which looked so cool! Thank you for hosting to meet muslim fans in the community 🙂 @muslimukcosplay

One of the biggest fan meets I saw was for Genshin Impact. There was a person with a mic navigating the photo time with so many amazing Genshin cosplayers.

Conclusion

Overall, it was an incredible opportunity to network and connect with many wonderful vendors, cosplayers, and friends. This year was notably busier than the previous one. The southern section of the venue was mainly used, as this convention is much smaller than MCM Comic Con, which is also held in the same location. I ended up spending quite a bit on otome merchandise, particularly for Love and Deepspace! Megacon Live London 2026 was undeniably eventful, and I’m so grateful for the chance to attend as a press pass holder. I can’t wait for next year’s event, filled with even more fun, beautiful merchandise, and amazing people!
