Plot
The Love & Deepspace: Partner Go Go Event Story unfolds as a catalyst. Heartbreaker has gotten stronger and turned the best-selling book, Do You Understand Them? into blank paper! During your mission to defeat it, you work together with him while also deepening your bond.
Xavier
Xavier is so funny, he thought he was called to enjoy time at the beach and even had his scuba diving kit. When he realised MC called him over to defeat Heartbreaker he was surprised as she thought she’d have a water gun ready to play.
He mistook the blank “Do You Understand Them?” book for a notebook, and was planning to practice calligraphy in it .
Heartbreaker, known for meddling in relationships, found them lacking in affection saying they are not lovey-dovey enough, and left, prompting Xavier’s bewildered reaction: “Did it just mock us?” Determined, they buy “Spicy Romance,” leading to comedic attempts at applying its love theories.
For example, the book says kissing can increase oxytocin and MC mentions no wonder why it solves many problems during arguments since it increases endorphin production. Xavier innocently says
“We can argue now if you want?”
and MC retorts saying, “No we are not here to fight today!”
The way she shuts his romantic attempt down is hilarious.
Romance Theory Attempt
MC attempts to increase their rapport by using the Tender Gaze technique from the book but it backfires hilariously, as Xavier says it’s more like a tiger cub that was watching its prey.
They also try the Maintaining Eye Contact technique, leading Xavier to invent the “Xavier Cipher,” communicating with blinks she can’t decipher until he spells it out.
His endearing gesture of leaning down, taking her hand, and placing it on his head for a pat is simply adorable.
They try to lure in Heartbreaker at the amusement park and Xavier is wearing his bunny ears headband. Once they defeat Heartbreaker and it’s time to go home, he insists to keep the bunny ears on for a little longer which is adorably funny.
Bunny with Rizz
Overall, their playful exploration of romance theories from the book to deepen their bond is both comedic and heartwarming, with Xavier embodying a charming mix of cute and feral bunny-like antics. ^^

Zayne
MC tries to lure Heartbreaker by hugging Zayne but it’s distracted by a more “delightful heart” and runs away. MC is shocked that it was not attracted by their relationship. She is determined to improve their relationship and defeat Heartbreaker too!
MC proposes “the next step” in their relationship, but Zayne calmly explains there’s no limit to intimacy and they’re in a good place. His softened tone in this event story shows their growing closeness.
Hospital Escape Room
To improve communication, MC suggests an escape room for team building, which Zayne initially dismisses, preferring claw machines. MC playfully drags him in, reassuring him with, “Don’t worry, Zayne. I’ll protect you,” to which he teasingly warns her not to accidentally hurt her teammate.
In the hospital-themed escape room, MC experiences a slight nausea upon seeing the bottles and jars, possibly triggered by subconscious memories of her childhood lab experiments. Zayne notices her discomfort and gently asks if she’s okay, offering comfort, which is endearing.
Zayne gets captured by the NPC seeking help, and MC finds it adorable how he instinctively aids anyone in need without hesitation.
Unique Pottery Time
On their day off, MC and Zayne enjoy making pottery together, crafting tea cups. To make theirs unique, Zayne suggests stamping their fingerprints on the cups to leave a personal mark. He playfully places his fingerprint atop hers, forming a heart shape, adding a sweet touch to their creation.
MC waits for Zayne after work and playfully pretends to trip, knowing he’ll catch her. This playful interaction shows their comfortable dynamic, with Zayne readily indulging her whims. After defeating Heartbreaker, they gaze at the moon together. Zayne takes her hand and remarks, “The moon is beautiful tonight,” a phrase in Japanese that subtly conveys love. Unable to confess outright due to Astra’s curse, Zayne finds precious ways to express his feelings, making each gesture meaningful and heartfelt.

Rafayel
When Rafayel realizes her location is near the ocean, he anxiously worries she might have drowned “again,” leaving MC confused by his words. This ties back to Rafayel’s lore, where he first met MC in another lifetime while she was drowning. Heartbreaker, noticing the pure air around them, accuses them of being a “normal couple”. Determined to prove Heartbreaker wrong and deepen their relationship, Rafayel takes steps to strengthen their bond.
Challenged by Heartbreaker mode!
Rafayel tries to set the mood by playing music and ensuring they won’t be disturbed. He leans in to be more intimate, almost kissing her, but pulls back, saying, “For something important, it can’t be done like this.” This shows his gentlemanly nature, which is why I like him. He values making their moments together special and cherishes her deeply, turning their time together into precious memories.
Three Step Plan
After doing some research, Rafayel concluded that true intimacy requires spiritual and spatial unity. To improve their relationship, he devised a “three-step plan” and invited MC to stay over. The plan involves them being only three steps away from each other for three days. Rafayel even set up the guest room next to his, filling it with her favorite scents and plushies and enthusiatically shoes of his interior decorating skilld. The thoughtfulness and effort to accommodate her tastes are incredibly sweet and endearing.
Spiritual and Spatial Harmony
The plan worked perfectly, as being in the same space significantly improved their relationship, creating a harmonious vibe between them. Rafayel’s love language is quality time, making this an ideal way to deepen their bond. They have grown so close that they can even finish each other’s sentences.
For the final part of his plan, Rafayel uses bracelets to ensure they don’t get separated when they go out. Amusingly, a child points out to their mom that they are wearing bracelets just like theirs. It turns out Rafayel is using bracelets typically meant for kids to keep track of their parents, adding a humorous touch to his plan.
When the times up Rafayel tried to take of the braclet but she dodges joking, what if he finds the squid attractive and goes with it? lol. He admits he might need a “quitting the 3 step plan plan.”Their dynamic is a delightful balance of endearing consideration and adorable banter, making their relationship both heartwarming and fun.

I really enjoyed Rafayel’s event story! His sincere and thoughtful approach to expressing his care for her was truly touching. From his efforts to make every moment special to his adorably funny and caring nature, Rafayel embodies the perfect gentleman who treasures his beloved.
